Manage Lending Campaigns

Learn how to run and manage campaigns for your client/merchant base including bespoke lending offers available for your qualified client base

Target any segment merchant base (with base/minimal qualification)

  1. Define your merchant segment for the campaign cycle. Groov team will support you with segment qualification criteria based on your overall base distribution across merchant categories and annual CTO; will help triangulate based on the lender appetite.
  2. Draft and finalise the outbound channel (eg: email) content/copy
  3. Create a static account link via your Groov dashboard account. You can add UTM tags to such account links to get fine grained performance reporting
  4. Add the static account link created in previous step as a CTA on the outbound campaign channel copy.
  5. Run the outbound campaign
  6. Once your target merchant/client receives the campaign content, clicking on the CTA will redirect the merchant/client to Groov's hosted capital journey (will be white-labelled if you have already setup your account as per the white-labelling details)
