Groov is an open finance orchestration platform, and offers merchant finance orchestration capabilities connecting commerce platforms to finance providers across payments, lending and other financial product categories in an embedded manner across many ecosystems providers that act as distribution partners to help us orchestrate such financial products and services.

Developer experience has been at the core of our product design and thinking. Such design philosophy allows us to follow design ground rules rooted in common sense, follow common standards, thoughtful nomenclature, all such enhancing the way a developer engages with Groov for a fully fledged integrated offering

We have extended that developer experience thinking to a low code/no code design paradigm where we wrap around all such heavy lifting of any such offering and provide you a fully embedded experience working with your ecosystem partners, solution providers and embedding our offerings via all such partner channels so that you dont have to invest time and effort to integrate it yourself thus reducing the go to market.

We also provide our customers with a range of value added tools and resources as part of default Groov offering:

• Groov Customer Portal (GCP): The Groov Customer Portal is the default dashboard and your interface with us that lets you manage your entire merchant portfolio that Groov orchestrates on your behalf, including their connection and lifecycle management end to end and access rich insights/metrics overall. You will also use the Portal interface to manage your product/services configuration that you want enabled on Groov. Based on the financial products/services you want to embed and/or integrate, you will also be able to white label such propositions to engage with your merchants with your brand look and feel incl tone of voice. If you are integrating natively with us, you will also have the developer setup experience enabled via the Portal.
• Documentation: Well-written, easy-to-follow implementation guides, API references
• Developer toolkits: For customers who want to go beyond our embedded solution offerings and also want to have an in-house fully integrated experience for their merchant base, we have a suite of developer toolkit assets across sdks, API's, code samples, demo kits and integration guides to help your technology team build and integrate fast. The GCP also allows your developer teams to leverage the same Groov dashboards benefits as your operational teams would do for an embedded offering.
